*NOTE:  In-House Chess Club, Thursday Night Gaming, and Teen Gaming have been CANCELLED indefinitely due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Please keep checking back at this website page to see if or when it will resume.  Also, keep watching the Library's Website Calendar for possible VIRTUAL programs.
  1. Chess Club

All ages are invited to play chess (or learn how to play) most Saturdays and Thursdays in Adult Services in the Reference area of the library. Saturdays, 10 a.m. until 3p.m., Thursdays, 1p.m. until 4 p.m

  2. Dungeons & Dragons

Have you always wanted to try out the world’s best tabletop role-playing game, or just curious what all the hype is about? Or are you a veteran player looking for a new adventure? Our two weekly campaigns are ongoing, and space is limited. Our monthly one-shot game sessions are a lower-commitment alternative. All skill levels are welcome! We’ll be playing online via the easy-to-access Roll20 platform.

  3. Teen Advisory Board

The Laser TAB meets monthly Via Zoom. Help plan library programs and activities. Pick out books and games for the collection. Make the library a better space for teens. If you're going into the 6th through 12th grade, you can join and be heard!

  4. Thursday Night Gaming

All ages welcome! If you’re into any sort of analog gaming, the Main Gallery of the Library is where you want to be! Interested in the Pokémon Card Game? Bring a deck and meet up with local players, or learn to play with one of our decks. Like board games? Choose from our selection of tabletop favorites. In addition, during each Thursday night in June, we’ll feature a unique live-action game.

  5. Teen Gaming

Board games, MarioKart, Super Smash Bros., Yu-Gi-Oh!, or bring your own game to share! Second Saturday of each month from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.

  6. Teen Writers Group

(Every Other Saturday Via Zoom) Young writers are invited to join in a biweekly discussion of their writing projects to share ideas and tips and to get feedback from their peers in a friendly online setting.
