The goal of the Maintenance Department is to provide quality, cost-effective, and timely maintenance and repair services for the majority of the buildings owned by Blount County Government, including the following:

• Blount County Courthouse
• Justice Center
• Health Department
• Library
• Satellite Offices of the County Clerk (Foothills Mall, Library Learning Center)
• Probation/Recovery Court
• Animal Shelter
• BCSO Training Facility
• Operations Center
• Courthouse Annex
