Foster Care Review Board (FCRB) is a quasi-judicial entity consisting of community specialists who review cases of children in foster care. FCRB members are volunteers from every walk of life including educators, health care professionals, mental health professionals, lawyers, parents, foster parents, and others.  Volunteers are highly trained and serve one day per month.  If you are interested in serving on the Blount County FCRB, please e-mail to yso@blounttn.org
